2019 Subaru Forester

Lease Deal: $255 per month for 36 months with $1,755 due at signing

The Subaru Forester is most famous for its utility. However, it was criticized for lacking in certain areas such as features and refinement. Subaru heard these criticisms and made all the right decisions for the 2019 model.

Some of the new features include EyeSight suite which provides drivers assistance in multiple areas such as, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and rear cross traffic alerts.

The deal, which ends on 2/28, only applies to the stock model. The lease allows 36,000 miles to be driven during the course of the lease before excess mileage charges apply.

2019 Honda Civic

Lease Deal: $179 per month for 36 months with $2,799 due at signing

During February, Honda has a great lease deal for 2019 and 2018 Civics. The 2019 models are most desirable for those who are looking for some advanced driver assistance features. The 2019 Civic now includes automatic high-beam headlights, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking.

One of the drawbacks, however, is the Civic lack of Apple Carplay and Android Auto, which is oddly included in all the other Civic sedans. The lease deal applies to the base model but does come with automatic climate control, a multi-angle rearview camera, and a 5-inch display for the audio system.

The deal, which ends on 2/28, only applies to the stock model.  The lease allows 36,000 miles to be driven during the course of the lease before excess mileage charges apply.

2019 Hyundai Veloster

Lease Deal: $189 per month for 36 months with $2,299 due at signing

The revamped 2019 Veloster has almost made it to the top of our list. They are still holding on to the two-door-half-door setup, but it now includes a much sportier style coupled with a more powerful engine.

As with many of the other cars on the list, Hyundai includes automatic emergency braking and a 7-inch touch-screen infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The deal, which ends on 2/28, only applies to the stock model. The lease allows 36,000 miles to be driven during the course of the lease before excess mileage charges apply.

2019 Volkswagen Tiguan

Lease Deal: $199 per month for 36 months with $2,999 due at signing

The Tiguan is a bit lower on our list in the compact SUV class because of its tiny third row and poor performance with a full load. There is only one engine option, which is a 2.0-liter turbo, that struggles when there are multiple passengers in the car.

However, the addition of a 6.5-inch touch-screen system which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is a nice feature to the Volkswagen.

The deal, which ends on 2/29, only applies to the stock model. The lease allows 30,000 miles to be driven during the course of the lease before excess mileage charges apply.

2018 BMW X1

Lease Deal: $329 per month for 36 months with $4,254 due at signing

The 2018 BMW X1 does a remarkable job landing on the top of the list regarding luxury subcompact SUVs. They managed to include power, handling, reliability, and cargo space almost flawlessly.

There is plenty of space for adults all around the vehicle, except when you have three adults in the backseat. This isn’t much of criticism considering the space restrictions of cars in this class. What makes the X1 stand out in this regard is the ability to recline the back seats which can add some crucial room for taller passengers.

For $329 per month and $4,254 due at signing, you can lease a 2018 BMW X1 sDrive28i, which is the base model. BMW is also offering a lease deal on the all-wheel-drive X1 xDrive28i. The contracts allow 30,000 miles before excess mileage fees accrue and expire on February 28.
